Add footer text color variable for Planet Caravan
There were instances of black tag labels on black footers,
with no way of setting the tag label in the wizard. This adds a
footer text color, and sets it in layouts that had the issue.

Replace Dreamwidth HTTP links with HTTPS

Move code for categorizing a ticket into library
Move the code for distinguishing between "open", "answered, awaiting

Move time translation until it's actually needed
Rather than translating a timestamp to a string as soon as we have it,
only translate it if and when it's needed, so we also have access to the
integer value as well.

List detailed status in support ticket list
Rather than just listing "open" or "closed" alongside each support
ticket, work out and also list as appropriate "additional help needed"
or "awaiting close".

[#1451] Nest questions in an extra hash to avoid namespace conflicts
"site" is used as a reserved top-level variable name in TT pages, e.g.,
"site.root". So when we tried to use "site" (the category name) as a
top-level variable, it was overshadowed. This moves the categories off
the top-level to avoid namespace conflicts

We fix this by keeping a list of the values of the domaintosite before
we start adding aliases. We then uses this everywhere that used to use
'values %domaintosite'

Fix OpenID login error on live site
Per discussion in #1355, trying to log in with OpenID in production currently
results in the following error:
Not an ARRAY reference at /home/dw/current/extlib/lib/perl5/Net/DNS/Paranoid.pm line 91.
My understanding of the problem is that LWP::UserAgent::Paranoid has a different argument
format for its blocked_hosts method than LWPx::ParanoidAgent did, and the arguments need
to be enclosed in an arrayref. I can't reproduce the error exactly in testing on my
development environment, but I believe this will at least get us back to where we were
before, where at least non-SSL OpenID logins would still work.

fix t/formatted-mail.t by tweaking behavior of DW::External::Site::get_site
This was a tricky one to track down. The git bisect tool told me to look at
the changes to DW::External::Site::get_site, but it was not immediately
obvious why this was the culprit.
It turns out that because the name of the site in the test config is
"test.dw" this was getting mapped to site="dw" and generating
dreamwidth.org user tags instead of test.dw user tags.
Obviously .dw isn't a valid TLD, but a better approach would be to
assume that if there are no dots in the site argument, it should
be mapped directly to the site alias table insted of being treated
like an internet domain name.

[#1453] FormHTML functions automatically ehtml their arguments
The BML version of this page used hand-coded HTML which necessitated
manually escaping the displayed query text using LJ::ehtml. However,
the TT version uses form.textbox and form.hidden, which escape their
values automatically. Using both together resulted in doubly escaped
text, so we should no longer manually escape the query text.
Fixes #1453.

[#1468] let LJ::OpenID always use the paranoid useragent
This removes the IS_DEV_SERVER special casing that resulted in the
paranoid useragent only being used in production for some functions
of LJ::OpenID.
The bypass for the blocked_hosts check is left intact as a comment,
in case it is needed for testing purposes at a later date.
Fixes #1468.

[#1483] explicitly specify UTF-8 charset
If a developer's LANG environment variable uses something other than
a version of UTF-8, compiling SCSS files that contain Unicode characters
will fail with invalid character errors. The easiest and best way to
fix this is to explicitly specify the expected UTF-8 charset on the
first line of each affected file.
Fixes #1483.

[#1488] Fix 'each' warning in Apache log following upgrade
Use of each() on hash after insertion without resetting hash iterator
results in undefined behavior, Perl interpreter: 0x7fc2b8f82500 at
/dreamhack/home/8398-kareila/dw/cgi-bin/Apache/LiveJournal.pm line 131.
Avoid this warning by iterating over the array returned by 'keys'
instead of using the 'each' operator. This has the happy side effect
of allowing us to delete keys within the loop instead of doing it as
a second step immediately afterward.
Fixes #1488.

Add GitHub to user profile page
Allow users to specify their GitHub account credentials on their user
page. This includes both configuring a GitHub username on the edit
profile page, and displaying the username on the user profile page, as
well as adding the necessary database field.
For the sake of being explicit about copyright and trademarks (although
IANAL etc etc), the "octocat" image `github.png` is resized from an
image downloaded from <https://github.com/logos>. Quoting that page at
time of writing:

[#1355] turn off SSL_verify_mode in LJ::get_useragent

"Use current time" unchecked by default when editing
Fixes #1480.
The sticky-ticky remembering whether a user has checked the
"use current time" option on the Create Entries beta should not
be checked by default when editing entries (or Christmas happens
in June).
Also one typo fix because I couldn't help myself.

Add footer text color variable for Planet Caravan
There were instances of black tag labels on black footers,
with no way of setting the tag label in the wizard. This adds a
footer text color, and sets it in layouts that had the issue.

Move code for categorizing a ticket into library

Move time translation until it's actually needed
Rather than translating a timestamp to a string as soon as we have it,
only translate it if and when it's needed, so we also have access to the

[#1451] Nest questions in an extra hash to avoid namespace conflicts
"site" is used as a reserved top-level variable name in TT pages, e.g.,
"site.root". So when we tried to use "site" (the category name) as a
top-level variable, it was overshadowed. This moves the categories off
the top-level to avoid namespace conflicts
Fixes #1451.

[#1456] Avoid duplication of site names with aliases
We fix this by keeping a list of the values of the domaintosite before
we start adding aliases. We then uses this everywhere that used to use
'values %domaintosite'

Fix OpenID login error on live site
Per discussion in #1355, trying to log in with OpenID in production currently
results in the following error:
Not an ARRAY reference at /home/dw/current/extlib/lib/perl5/Net/DNS/Paranoid.pm line 91.
My understanding of the problem is that LWP::UserAgent::Paranoid has a different argument
format for its blocked_hosts method than LWPx::ParanoidAgent did, and the arguments need
to be enclosed in an arrayref. I can't reproduce the error exactly in testing on my
development environment, but I believe this will at least get us back to where we were
before, where at least non-SSL OpenID logins would still work.

fix t/formatted-mail.t by tweaking behavior of DW::External::Site::get_site
This was a tricky one to track down. The git bisect tool told me to look at
the changes to DW::External::Site::get_site, but it was not immediately
obvious why this was the culprit.
It turns out that because the name of the site in the test config is
"test.dw" this was getting mapped to site="dw" and generating
dreamwidth.org user tags instead of test.dw user tags.
Obviously .dw isn't a valid TLD, but a better approach would be to
assume that if there are no dots in the site argument, it should
be mapped directly to the site alias table insted of being treated
like an internet domain name.

[#1453] FormHTML functions automatically ehtml their arguments
The BML version of this page used hand-coded HTML which necessitated
manually escaping the displayed query text using LJ::ehtml. However,
the TT version uses form.textbox and form.hidden, which escape their
values automatically. Using both together resulted in doubly escaped
text, so we should no longer manually escape the query text.
Fixes #1453.

[#1468] let LJ::OpenID always use the paranoid useragent
This removes the IS_DEV_SERVER special casing that resulted in the
paranoid useragent only being used in production for some functions
of LJ::OpenID.
The bypass for the blocked_hosts check is left intact as a comment,
in case it is needed for testing purposes at a later date.
Fixes #1468.

[#1483] explicitly specify UTF-8 charset
If a developer's LANG environment variable uses something other than
a version of UTF-8, compiling SCSS files that contain Unicode characters
will fail with invalid character errors. The easiest and best way to
fix this is to explicitly specify the expected UTF-8 charset on the
first line of each affected file.
Fixes #1483.

[#1488] Fix 'each' warning in Apache log following upgrade
Use of each() on hash after insertion without resetting hash iterator
results in undefined behavior, Perl interpreter: 0x7fc2b8f82500 at
/dreamhack/home/8398-kareila/dw/cgi-bin/Apache/LiveJournal.pm line 131.
Avoid this warning by iterating over the array returned by 'keys'
instead of using the 'each' operator. This has the happy side effect
of allowing us to delete keys within the loop instead of doing it as
a second step immediately afterward.
Fixes #1488.

Add GitHub to user profile page
Allow users to specify their GitHub account credentials on their user
page. This includes both configuring a GitHub username on the edit
profile page, and displaying the username on the user profile page, as
well as adding the necessary database field.
For the sake of being explicit about copyright and trademarks (although
IANAL etc etc), the "octocat" image `github.png` is resized from an
image downloaded from <https://github.com/logos>. Quoting that page at
time of writing:

"Use current time" unchecked by default when editing
Fixes #1480.
The sticky-ticky remembering whether a user has checked the
"use current time" option on the Create Entries beta should not
be checked by default when editing entries (or Christmas happens
in June).
Also one typo fix because I couldn't help myself.
