(Bug 4796) Use the correct option value for showlocation

showlocation expects values of Y/N/F/R, but the select dropdown was
mismatched A/N/F/R, which led to a mismatch.

Fix is to make sure we have consistent values all around.

This also makes the order of the options in the dropdown consistent.

(Bug 3523) CSS tweaks for ContextualPopup

- apply float to .Userpic instead of .Userpic img, so that it looks
right if we're applying color to .Userpic

- make sure .ContextualPopup can always contain .Userpic

- fix typo: 9 => 0

(Bug 4805) Don't enforce the same rules for posting and editing

These three error messages were update-specific and shouldn't affect
editing (for example imported communities may have entries by openid
users). So let's move this checking up from _init, which is called from
/new and /edit, and into just /new.

(Bug 4721) Whitelist Goodreads updates widget

The Goodreads updates widget uses an iframe, which we're now
whitelisting.

The Goodreads "my books" widget uses flash; this will work without
further effort on our part.

All other widgets we're aware of use JS, or are a mix of dynamic and
non-dynamic content. The non-dynamic content will work fine, without any
further action on our part.
