* Changed the suffix put on the event name to form the translation
string from email_text to email_text2

(Bug 4024) : Put the account name into the subject lines of emails

Notification emails when an account has been deleted or reactivated will
now include the account's username in the subject. This may reduce alarm
if somebody deletes a community and sees "your account has been
deleted", etc!

I haven't put the username into rename notifications because this would
be the *new* username, which might confuse.

(Bug 4638) Trigger a tooltipout event on mouseout

Browser inconsistency: mouseout in Firefox always has returns true
for e.isDefaultPrevented() which was preventing the popup from
disappearing (rather annoyingly)

So instead of using the raw mouseout event, let's have this trigger our
custom tooltipout event, so we have more of the state under our control.

Add imported entry eraser

This creates a page where people can choose to erase their imported
posts and the comments on those posts. This is a nuclear option that is
not linked from site nav and is intended to be used by people who have
imports gone awry.

Optimize esn-filter-subs

This method was loading every user one by one, and every
subscription. Now it loads things in bulk, which makes the database
happier.

As a data point: prior to this, our database was doing north of 1000
queries per second in this codepath. Now it does 10.
