Lynx-proof the beta create entries page

- Explicitly include some Foundation default styles it relies on.
- Hide unnecessary styles from Lynx by tying them to the `#canvas` wrapper div
that Lynx omits.
- Shrink a rowdy over-long text input.
- Teach the fancy-select component how to de-evolve. Are we not men????

Rehabilitate the Foundation version of Lynx skin

- Switch to foundation_minimal, which is also used by journal styles.
- Don't import the global styles wrapper SCSS; only import what's absolutely
necessary.
- Occasionally use special `unset` CSS value to defer to browser defaults.

Icon button components: default to type="button"

``s default to type="submit", so without this, clicking the date picker
buttons in the beta create entries page with JS disabled will post your WIP

Keep cuttag toggle images from getting tiny on some styles

In foundation site skins or in journal styles that set box-sizing: border-box,
the cuttag triangles are too itty-bitty, since the .2em padding on each side gets
subtracted from the 1em base size. This makes the sizing expectations
explicit instead of just expecting we're always landing in a content-box world.

Set vertical-align: text-bottom for cuttag triangles

In many styles, these float away to an awkward position. Text-bottom seems correct,
since these triangles are directly associated with a line of text and are sized
to match the font.
