Also delete hanging comments in import eraser

The import eraser deletes entries, but rarely we've seen situations
where comments are hanging around after the entries go. Sometimes this
leads to issues where comments Just. Won't. Import!

The Import Eraser is now Most Definitely Quite Thorough(TM).
