(bug 5117) rm extraneous brogrammerage in tests

Remove the nonsensical text strings in t/langdatfile.t and the
corresponding test data file t/data/sampletrans.dat. Replace them
with snippets that are more comprehensible and more congruous with
DW dev culture.

Also, provide a test plan, and reformat the code to hew more closely
to the DW style guide.
