Fix '#/xxxxx.html' url from LJ

It seems that recently LiveJournal has started returning entry URLs in
the form of '#/xxxxx.html' in the results from getevents. This seriously
breaks the importer and causes duplicates.

This fixes it so we can now import those broken entries by
canonicalizing the input.
