Two things I've noticed in Tropo Purple (apart from the button thing): -- Select Journal Style and Customize Style don't display correctly for me: the CORE navigation menu is hidden or something. The page displays fine in other skins. -- Manage Communities seems to be missing styling for th headers (because it's just a th, not a thead th or an .even th or an .odd th?). Same thing for Members. This might also be true of Invitations and Moderation. I haven't tested these. Also, I think the problem's the same in all skins.
