My suggestion is equally unambiguous and more consistent with ISO. It inherits the ISO's advantages of non-language-dependence and international recognition.
It's offered simply as that: a suggestion for an alternative to be considered as potentially superior. Sorry if it sounded like I was saying the current fix doesn't do what it's intended to.
